JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – PT Indosat Ooredoo Tbk (ISAT) plans to issue bonds worth Rp3.5 trillion in third quarter of 2016.
The bond proceed will be used to fund its capital expenditure (capex) and to refinance debt maturing this year.
As at September 2015, ISAT’s liability totaled Rp39.37 trillion, of which current liability accounted for Rp15.05 trillion.
