JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Indonesia will review all domestic airlines after one of Air Asia Jets went missing on Sunday, presumed crashed in the Java Sea.
“We will review and round check Air Asia and all of the airlines to make sure the passengers’ safety on the flight,” Indonesian Transportation Minister, Ignasius Jonan told reporters in Authority Office, Soekarno-Hatta Airport.
“The review will focus on the air transportation business and business operations,” Jonan said, adding the aviation industry in Indonesia is hoped to improve, especially the safety system in each plane.
National Agency for Rescue and Search (Basarnas) has today expanded its search to find out missing AirAsia QZ 8501 to East Belitung area including Tepi island. (rully@yosefardi.biz)
