JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – PT Indomobil Finance Indonesia Tbk (IMFI) will seek syndicated bank loan of US$100 million, equivalent Rp1.28 trillion, used to support its financing this year.

The company has assigned CTBC Bank, Mizuho Bank, and Oversea-Chinese Banking Corp as mandated lead arranger and bookrunner.

For this year, IMFI targets to raise external funding of Rp3.61 trillion. It targets to book financing of Rp5.16 trillion for this year, a 20% rise compared to Rp3.2 trillion financing last year.

IMFI is also offering its bonds worth Rp500 billion, part of its Rp3 trillion bond issue program. Acting as underwriters are PT CIMB Securities Indonesia, PT DBS Vickers Securities Indonesia, PT Indo Premier Securities, PT RHB OSK Securities Indonesia, and PT Nikko Securities Indonesia.
