JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk (ICBP) had in April 24, 2014 signed joint venture agreement with Japan-listed company Oji Holdings Corporation.
Both parties will set up 2 joint ventures engaging in production and marketing of paper diapers in Indonesia.
ICBP will hold 49% ownership in a joint ventures and 51% in another. Otherwise, OJI Holdings will also control 51% interest in one joint entity and 49% in other entity.
ICBP booked net profit of Rp2.23 trillion in 2013 on revenues of Rp25.09 trillion. Its assets totaled Rp21.27 trillion while liability amounted Rp8 trillion.
