JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Composite index of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) opened higher this morning but has turned to flat, only inched up 0.02% at 5189 at 9.27 am Jakarta time.
Regional markets mostly gained following report that the Federal Reserve on Wednesday renewed its pledge to keep interest rates near zero for a “considerable time.
Nymex’s crude oil declined 0.47% to US$93.98 per barrel and gold fell 1.43% to US$1,221.50 per ounce.
Bank Central Asia gained 1.43%, Media Nusantara Citra rose 1.84%, and Berau Coal increased 2.88%. While Waskita Karya lost 1%.
