JAKARTA (Indonesia Today) – Composite index of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) gained 0.56% to 5,003.24 this morning after after being pressure by profit taking on Tuesday (April 23).
In regional, Japan’s Nikkei gained 1.29%, Hong Kong’s Hang Seng rose 1.03% and Australia’s All Ordinaries increased 1.34%.
In Jakarta bourse, Astra International increased 0.65%, Bank Mandiri rose 0.47%, Perusahaan Gas Negara lifted 0.83%, Telkom hiked 0.84%.
Other gainers were Trada Maritim (+2.88%), Kalbe Farma (+0.75%), Bumi Resources (+1.49%), Adaro Energy (+1.64%), and Bumi Resources Minerals (+4.35%). (hans@theindonesiatoday.com)
