JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Composite index of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) regained ground this morning while peers are mixed in the region.
IDX composite gained 0.97% to 4,621, Hong Kong’s Hang Seng rose 1.52% and Australia’s All Ordinaries increased 1%. While Japan’s Nikkei and Shanghai lost.
In Jakarta bourse, Astra International gained 1.5%, Adaro Energy rose 1.3%, Bank Rakyat Indonesia lifted 2%, Bank Mandiri hiked 1.23%, Bumi Serpong Damai increased 0.58%, Telkom rose 2.84% and Trada Maritim up 0.72%.
Among losers were Lippo Karawaci (-0.72%), Bank Negara Indonesia (-0.6%), and Waskita Karya (-1.35%).
Nymex’s crude oil reached US$101.24 per barrel in Asian trading this morning.
