JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Composite index of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) opened up 0.57% at 4495 this morning inline with positive sentiment from global and regional markets.
Nymex’s crude oil increased 0.37% to US$100.31 per barrel in Asian trading while gold retreated 0.32% to US$1,285.70 per ounce.
Property stocks led market’s gain. Alam Sutera gained 1.75%, Bumi Serpong Damai rose 1.6%, Lippo Karawaci climbed 1.6%, and Sentul City hiked 1.8%.
Other gainers were Aneka Tambang (+1.44%), Multipolar (+1.2%), Matahari Putra Prima (+1.2%), BW Plantation (+2.34%), London Sumatra (+1.96%), and Kalbe Farma (+1.07%).
