JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Composite index of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) opened up 0.5% at 4591 this morning inline with regional market sentiment.

Nymex’s crude oil declined 0.3% to US$102.08 per barrel in Asian trading while gold inched up 0.04% to US$1,332.30 per ounce.

Blue chip stocks led market’s gain. Bank Negara Indonesia gained 1%, BW Plantation rose 1.1%, Astra International climbed 1.87%, Alam Sutera up 0.86%, and Bumi Serpong Damai advanced 0.99%.
