JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Composite index of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) opened lower 0.49% at 4680 inline regional and Wall Street markets.

Nymex’s crude oil declined 0.55% to US$99.48 per barrel in Asian trading this morning. While gold rose 0.93% to US$1,359.20 per ounce.

Among blue chip stocks, Adaro Energy fell 1.55%, Bank Mandiri shed 1.07%, BW Plantation declined 1.09%, and Telkom down 0.92%.

Other losers were Bank Tabungan Negara (-1.25%) and Aneka Tambang (-0.9%). Investors opted to lock in profits in some stocks after recent gains.
