JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Composite index of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) opened higher 1.12% at 4349 this morning as investors hunted for bargains in stocks after past 2 days substantial dropped dragged by BI Rate hike.
Most regional markets were also in green zone. Nymex’s crude oil fell 0.2% to US$93.67 per barrel in Asian trading while gold rose 1.04% to US$1,281.60 per ounce.
Alam Sutera gained 3.92%, Astra Internaional rose 1.57%, Adaro Energy increased 2.63%, Bank Rakyat Indonesia lifted 3.42%, Bank Mandiri climbed 2%, Bumi Serpong Damai hiked 3.68%, BW Plantation gained 2.54%, Lippo Karawaci rose 2.08%, and Telkom up 1.18%.
