JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Composite index of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) opened flat at 4896 this morning, only inched up 0.12%, while regional markets were mixed.

Asian stocks struggled to rise on Friday, as the impact of upbeat U.S. economic data and robust U.S. tech shares faced off against fears of an escalating Ukraine crisis that bolstered the safe-haven yen, Reuters reported.

Nymex’s crude oil inched up 0.03% to US$101.97 per barrel in Asian trading and gold was up 0.09% to US$1,291.80 per ounce.

Bank Negara Indonesia gained 1.5%, Adaro Energy rose 0.9%, Alam Sutera increased 0.94%, and Perusahaan Negara up 0.9%.
