JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Composite index of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) inched down 0.14% to 4425 this morning following most markets in the region.

Bank Mandiri dropped 2.4%, Charoen Pokhand lost 1.36%, Lippo Karawaci fell 1.83%, Timah shed 1.2%, and Telkom dropped 2.17%.

Other losers were Matahari Department Store (-1.28%), Bank Tabungan Negara (-1%), Media Nusantara Citra (-3%), Waskita Karya (-1.7%), Global Mediacom (-2.69%), MNC Investama (-2.9%), and Visi Media (-2%).

Among gainers were BP Plantation (4.08%), London Sumatra (+2.48%), Kalbe Farma (+2.36%), and Trada Maritim (+1.34%).

Nymex’s crude oil fell 1.85% to US$94.61 per barrel in Asian trading this morning. Gold declined 0.62% to US$1,313.20 per ounce.
