JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Composite index of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) gained 1.25% to 4,455 in opening trade this morning, in line with positive market in the region.

Nymex’s crude oil regained 0.92% to US$104.48 per barrel in Asian trading this morning.

In Jakarta bourse, blue chips and banking stocks led market’s gain. Astra International rose 1.54%, Telkom climbed 2.27%, Adaro Energy increased 1.35%, Kawasan Industri Jababeka gained 1.56%, Perusahaan Gas Negara advanced 0.91%, and Trada Maritim up 0.73%.

Among banking stocks, Bank Negara Indonesia jumped 3.27%, Bank Mandiri lifted 3.33%, Bank Central Asia rose 1.08%, and Bank Rakyat Indonesia increased 0.69%.

Property stocks also regained, Alam Sutera (+2.99%), Bumi Serpong Damai (+2.16%), Pakuwon Jati (+1.59%), and Lippo Karawaci (+1.8%).

Other gainers were Waskita Karya (+4.62%), Wijaya Karya (+4.73%), and Multipolar (+2%). While losers include Bhakti Investama (-1.16%), Bank Bukopin (-1.54%), Visi Media (-1.85%), Bumi Resource Minerals (-6.52%), and Bumi Resources (-1.05%).
