JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Composite index of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) gained 0.6% to 4,789 this morning, extending Friday’s gain after its recent substantial correction.
Most regional markets also opened in green this morning. Nymex’s crude oil gained 1.24% to US$97.85 per barrel in Asian trading this morning.
In Jakarta bourse, Astra International rose 0.7%, Alam Sutera gained 3.57%, Bumi Serpong Damai climbed 2.14%, Lippo Karawaci lifted 1.82%, Bank Rakyat Indonesia increased 1.27%, and Bank Negara Indonesia hiked 2.13%.
Other gainers were Waskita Karya (+4.55%), Global Mediacom (+1.19%), Multipolar (+7.55%), Bank Bukopin (+1.28%), and Adaro Energy (3.57%).
While share of newly listed textile and garment giant PT Sri Rejeki Isman (SRIL) Tbk, popular as Sritex, gained 4% to Rp250 per share on its trading debut this morning.
