JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Composite index of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) gained 0.2% this morning, extending yesterday’s gain after reaching 4,700 point level. While markets in the region were mixed.

Alam Sutera gained 1.32%, Bank Rakyat Indonesia rose 0.62%, Bumi Resources increased 3.77%, Perusahaan Gas Negara added 0.87%, Trada Maritim advanced 0.7%, and Telkom climbed 2.63%.

Other gainers were Cipaganti (+15.69%), Multipolar (+5.45%), Matahari Putra Prima (+10.99%), and Bank Bukopin (+1.54%).

Among losers were Kalbe Farma (-1.33%), Sentul City (-2%), Visi Media (-1.25%), Global Mediacom (-2%), Wijaya Karya (-1.1%), and Media Nusantara Citra (-3.82%).

Nymex’s crude oil inched up 0.03% to US$108.07 per barrel in Asian trading this morning.
