JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Composite index of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) dropped further 2.38% to 4,520 this morning, the lowest level in four months, to tracking global and regional peers.
Blue Chips led fall. Astra International dropped 3.79%, Alam Sutera lost 3.75%, Bumi Serpong Damai declined 4.4%, Kalbe Farma down 3.25%, Lippo Karawaci fell 3.36%, and Telkom dropped 4.76%.
Other losers were Media Nusantara Citra (-3.54%), Wijaya Karya (-3.45%), Bhakti Investama (-4.26%), Hanson International (-3%), and Waskita Karya (-3.6%).
Nymex’s crude oil declined 0.16% to US$94.84 per barrel in Asian trading this morning.
