JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Composite index of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) ended up 1% at 4864 Monday (April 14) while regional markets mostly closed in red zone.
Nymex’s crude oil increased 0.52% to US$104.28 per barrel and gold rose 0.31% to US$1,323.10 per ounce.
In Jakarta bourse, mining and property stocks led the market’s gain. For mining, Aneka Tambang gained 4.17%, Vale Indonesia surged 5.14%, and Timah jumped 6.94%.
Among property stocks, Alam Sutera rose 3.74%, Bumi Serpong Damai hiked 3.36%, and Lippo Karawaci lifted 3.2%.
Construction stocks were also focus of buying. Adhi Karya jumped 6.06%, Waskita Karya rose 4.38%, and Wijaya Karya hiked 6.84%.
