JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Composite index of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) ended up 1.45% at 4274 Monday (Dec 30) inline with regional markets.

Astra International gained 3%, Bank Rakyat Indonesia rose 1.4%, Bank Negara Indonesia increased 1.28%, Bank Mandiri hiked 2.6%, Bumi Serpong Damai jumped 4%, BW Plantation lifted 2.3%, London Sumatra up 1.58%, and Telkom gained 1.18%.

Other gainers were Hanson International (+3.6%), Bank Bukopin (+3.3%), Media Nusantara Citra (+1.94%), and Pakuwon Jati (+1.89%).

Nymex’s crude oil inched down 0.02% to US$100.30 per barrel and gold declined 0.85% to US$1,204.40 per ounce. The rupiah was traded flat at Rp12,270 against the US Dollar.
