JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Composite index of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) ended higher by 1.06% at 4594 Thursday (Oct 24) inline most markets in the region.
Among blue chips, Astra International gained 3.73%, AKR Corporindo jumped 4.2%, Alam Sutera surged 7.8%, Bank Mandiri climbed 4.14%, Sentul City hiked 7.14%, and Jababeka lifted 8.3%,.
Others gainers were Adhi Karya (+3.3%), Wijaya Karya (+4.06%), Matahari Putra Prima (+4.35%), and Akasha Wira International (+18.73%).
Nymex’s crude oil increased 0.39% at US$97.24 per barrel. Gold also rose 0.17% to US$1,336.30 per ounce. The rupiah was relatively traded flat at Rp11,268 against the US Dollar.
