JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Composite index of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) dropped 0.67% to 5184 this morning inline with regional markets. Asian stocks are sharply lower amid oil fears.
Nymex’s crude oil increased 0.36% to US$50.22 per barrel in Asian trading this morning and gold inched up 0.03% to US$1,204.40 per ounce.
Astra International fell 1%, Alam Sutera lost 1.75%, Bumi Serpong Damai declined 1.3%, Lippo Karawaci shed 2.44%, and Jababeka slashed 1.64%.
State construction stocks extend falls. Adhi Karya also fell 1.17%, Wijaya Karya lost 2.52%, and Waskita Karya declined 1.42%. On Monday (Jan 5), foreign investors booked net sell of Rp144.2 billion.
