JAKARTA (Indonesia Today) – Composite index of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) inched down 0.21% at 4,235.92 this morning but cut its losses from the opening following regional markets movement.
Hong Kong’s Hang Seng regained 0.08%, Singapore’s Straits Times also cut losses to 0.24% correction, Japan’s Nikkei fell 0.65%, Malaysia’s KLSE lost 0.79%, Australia’s All Ordinaries declined 0.49% and Korea’s KOSPI slipped 0.4%.
In Jakarta bourse, Bhakti Investama gained 1.03%, Indonesia Air Transport soared 14.78%, Malindo Feedmill rose 2.01%, Multipolar jumped 12.3% and Perdana Karya Perkasa surged 8.39%. While Bumi Resources dropped 7.14% and Adaro Energy fell 1.94%. (hans@theindonesiatoday.com)
