JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Composite index of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) ended up 0.03% at 4937 Friday (June 6), but closed off its high.

The index moved at range of 4928-4958 during the day trading.

Adaro Energy gained 3.13%, Vale Indonesia rose 1.43%, Kalbe Farma increased 1.26%, and Perusahaan Gas Negara hiked 1.41%.

Among losers were Timah (-2.1%), London Sumatra (-1.09%), Jababeka (-1.2%), Bumi Resources (-2%), Bank Mandiri (-1.23%), Aneka Tambang (-1.26%), and Multipolar (+4.32%).

Also falling were Bank Tabungan Negara (-1.46%), Adhi Karya (-1.16%), Media Nusantara Citra (-3.86%), and Wijaya Karya (-1.73%),

Nymex’s crude oil inched up 0.02% to US$102.50 per barrel and gold inched up 0.08% to US$1,254.30 per ounce. The rupiah strengthened to Rp11,823 against the US dollar.
