JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Composite index of the Indonesia Stock Exchange ended flat on Friday (November 14), inched up 0.02% to 5049, closing off its low. The index moved at range of 5035-5068 during the day trading.
Asian stocks fell on Friday following fresh signs of slowing Chinese growth, with energy stocks depressed across the region as crude oil hovered near a four-year low in an oversupplied market, Reuters reported.
Astra International gained 1%, Jababeka rose 2.2%, Wijaya Karya increased 1.2%, Pakuwon Jati hiked 1.1%, and Hanson International lifted 2.94%.
While London Sumatra lost 2.57%, Timah fell 1.2%, Global Mediacom dropped 3.16%, Multipolar slashed 2.1%, Matahari Putra Prima slipped 1.94%, and Bumi Resources Minerals shed 3.56%.
Nymex’s crude oil declined 0.98% to US$73.48 per barrel and gold fell 0.84% to US$1,151.80 per ounce. The rupiah weakened again to Rp12,206 against the US dollar.
