JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Composite index of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) opened up 0.03% at 4933 this morning, while Asian share markets mostly tracked sideways on Thursday (June 5).

Nymex’s crude oil declined 0.28% to US$102.35 per barrel in Asian trading and gold inched down 0.02% to US$1,244.10 per ounce.

London Sumatra gained 1.3%, Multipolar rose 1.26%, and Hanson International increased 1.57%.

While rupiah weakened further to Rp11,891 against the US dollar this morning as pre-poll surveys point to a tight race for the July 9 president election.
