JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Composite index of the Indonesia Stock Exchange gained 0.1% to 5159 at early trade this morning following regional markets.
Asian equity markets made gains early Friday, as a positive lead from Wall Street overnight offset concerns about a further decline in oil prices, Reuters reported.
Nymex’s crude oil fell further 1.17% to US$59.25 per barrel in Asian trading this morning and gold inched down 0.03% to US$1,225.20 per ounce.
Astra International gained 1.06%, Trada Maritim jumped 7.8%, and Berau Coal rose 1.49%. While Adaro Energy fell 1.4%, Bumi Resources declined 1.4%, and Bumi Serpong Damai shed 1.38%.
