JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – ICB Financial Group Holdings AG has sold all shares of PT Bank MNC Internasional Tbk, formerly PT Bank ICB Bumiputera Tbk.

Then now MNC Kapital Indonesia controls 38.95% shares of Bank MNC. While Citibank Singapore SA BK Julius Baer & Co Ltd-Client AC owns 5.38% and the public investors hold the rest.

ICB Financial Group sold Bank MNC at price of Rp160 per share, or Rp133.32 billion in total.

Bank MNC plans to launch the rights issue in mid of this year, targets to raise Rp500 billion fund. The bank targets to boost its core capital to Rp4 trillion by 2017.

It targets to enter BUKU III category with minimum core capital of Rp5 trillion by 2018.
