JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – PT Humpuss Intermoda TBk (HITS), shipping company controlled by Tommy Soeharto, has revised down its revenue target for this year to US$72.6 million from initial target US$100 million as it books no contracts so far this year.
In first quarter of this year, HITS’ revenues dropped 20.17% to US$14.06 million from US$17.62 million in the same period of 2014. While net profit fell 14.61% to US$747,574 from previous US$849,316.
In 2014, HITS booked revenue of US$66 million. HITS expects to win the tender for liquid natural gas (LNG) transportation project from state electricity firm PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (PLN) which values for US$30-50 million per year.
