JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – According to the latest annual Global Salary Survey 2015 from specialist professional recruitment firm Robert Walters, companies in Indonesia looking to attract key bilingual candidates will have to meet salary expectations, offer quality training programs and opportunities for international exposure.

The country saw significant growth particularly in sectors such as professional services, FMCG, IT, technology and manufacturing. This was largely attributed to the active spending habits of Indonesian’s burgeoning middle class, which led to a corresponding increase in consumption levels.

Figures from the survey suggested that candidates who switched jobs in 2014 expected salary increments of 25-35%. This trend is likely to continue in 2015.

Robert Walters is one of the world’s leading specialist professional recruitment consultancies and focuses on placing high caliber professionals into permanent, contract and temporary positions at all levels of seniority.

The Indonesia business recruits across the accountancy and finance, banking, financial services, HR, marketing and sales fields. Established in 1985, the Group has built a global presence with 53 offices spanning 24 countries.
