JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – As until October 3, 2013, property firm PT Greenwood Sejahtera Tbk (GWSA) did not receive responses from PT Sinar Bonana Jaya (SBJ), Mrs Betty Dona Siahaan, and Tunggul Simanjuntak related to ownership of huge parcel of land, Greenwood will send third notice on the land dispute.

The company had sent first notice in September 13, 2013 and second notice in September 27, 2013. If third notice also got no response, Greenwood will take legal action for the dispute.

The lawyers, on behalf of Greenwood, pointed to two documents signed on August 24, 2009 about the purchase of 100% shares in SBJ by Greenwood from Betty Dona Siahaan (30,000 shares) and Tunggul Simanjuntak (20,000 shares).

Greenwood had earlier explained that the agreement covers SBJ’s assets, i.e. parcels of land 32,365,275 m2 (equals to 3,236 hectares), located at Jl KH Mas Mansyur, Karet Tengsin, Tanah Abang, Central Jakarta.

Document for the lands are placed or kept by ministry of finance ( ex Indonesian Bank Restructuring Agency/IBRA) because they were pledged as collaterals for loans of SBJ at Bank Yama (liquidated).

Greenwood said it opted to acquire SBJ’s land, near Greenwood’s land, to boost synergy as the company plans to build one stop living superblock area, funded by IPO proceeds.
