Property firm PT Greenwood Sejahtera Tbk (GWSA) allocates Rp1.4 trillion fund for modern mixed use project covering 13,985 square meter area operated by PT Trisakti Makmur Persada, to be acquired in near future at price of Rp503.4 billion.
The company also allocates capex of Rp620 billion for this year. GWSA has assets of Rp2.15 trillion by end of March this year, of which cash and cash equivalent accounted for Rp713.83 billion. Its liability reached Rp254.99 billion.
The company booked net profit of Rp100.4 billion in first half of this year, on revenue of Rp97 billion. In the same period of last year, GWSA booked net profit of Rp45.3 billion on revenue of Rp22.66 billion.
