JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Ministry of State-owned Enterprises (SoE) targets to get dividend of Rp6.66 trillion from four state banks in 2014, representing 25% of projected net profit of Rp45.5 trillion this year.
That four state banks are Bank Mandiri, Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Bank Negara Indonesia, and Bank Tabungan Negara.
The government got lower payout ratio of dividend from state banks this year, 30% of total net profit of Rp42.43 trillion last year.
The lower dividend payment by state banks would help banks to maintain their loan expansion of above 25% next year.
