JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – The government of Indonesia targets to seek loan of Rp605.3 trillion in 2016, of which government bonds accounts for Rp532.4 trillion.

Finance Minister Bambang Brodjonegoro said the government sets a budget deficit at Rp273.2 trillion for 2016 fiscal year. The government also needs loan for investment and capital injection into state-owned enterprises (SoEs).

While the payment of matured loans amount Rp256 trillion, consisting of government bonds Rp187.2 trillion and other loan Rp68.8 trillion. The government also allocates Rp3 trillion for debt portfolio management and Rp15 trillion cast management for government notes.
