JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – The government of Indonesia and Lower House of Representatives (DPR) have approved to inject Rp700 billion tp state insurer PT Asuransi Kredit Indonesia (Askrindo).
Askrindo booked profit after tax of Rp246.7 billion in 2013, declined 29.7% from Rp350.7 billion in 2012.
The underwriting revenue dropped 36.9% to Rp698.59 billion from previous Rp1.11 trillion. Premium income totaled Rp777.68 billion, lower than Rp1.56 trillion in 2012.
Its assets totaled Rp4.73 trillion while liability amounted Rp643.9 billion.
