JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Mining company PT Golden Energy Mines Tbk (GEMS), owned by Eka Tjipta Widjaja, revised the loan facility agreement of its four units.
GEMS has changed the loan from dollar denomination into rupiah (Rp2.33 trillion).
Loan agreement with PT Roundhill Capital Indonesia (RCI) is changed from US$10 million with tenor of one year, into Rp140 billion until December 31, 2016. The loan carries annual interest rate of 12%.
Loan agreement with PT Borneo Indobara (BIB) is changed from US$80 million with tenor of 4 years, into Rp800 billion until December 31, 2016, carrying annual interest rate of 12%.
Loan agreement with GEMS Trading Resources Pte. Ltd is revised to US$50 million until December 31, 2016, from previous US$30 million with tenor of 3 years, carrying annual interest rate of 10%.
Loan agreement with Kuansing Inti Makmur (KIM) is revised from US$50 million for 5 years tenor, into Rp700 billion until December 31, 2016, carrying annual interest rate of 12%.
