MEGGEN (Yosefardi) – Golden Frog, a global software and Internet application development company, has added a new VyprVPN server cluster in Jakarta, Indonesia to help preserve and open and free Internet.
VyprVPN is a personal VPN (Virtual Private Network) service that encrypts Internet connections to defeat monitoring of online communications, protect online privacy and preserve an open and free Internet by providing access to restricted websites. The VPN server cluster in Indonesia is now available to all Golden Frog VyprVPN customers.
“The Indonesian government’s efforts to censor the Internet have the country lagging the rest of the world in Internet openness,” said Sunday Yokubaitis, President of Golden Frog. “At Golden Frog we are passionate about keeping the Internet open and free. We are proud to offer Indonesians a solution to preserve their Internet freedom while also providing security and privacy for their Internet communications.”
Golden Frog was founded to help ensure the Internet remains open and free, a mission that continues to grow in importance as users across the world face Internet security and privacy threats.
Golden Frog has launched VyprVPN server clusters in more than a dozen cities so far this year with more to come in 2013. VyprVPN users now have unlimited access to server clusters in more than 30 countries across North America, Europe and Asia Pacific.
