JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Flag carrier PT Garuda Indonesia Tbk (GIAA) has on June 30, 2014, signed sale and purchase agreement (SPA) with state airport operator PT Angkasa Pura I, for acquiring 21.25% stake in PT Gapura Angkasa.
Under the agreement, GIAA acquires 456,960 shares of Gapura Angkasa at price of Rp229,779 per share, or Rp105 billion in total.
Gapura Angkasa focuses on ground hablding services, warehousing, executive lounge management, service collection and hospitality services, operated in 25 airports accross the country.
