JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Property developer PT Perdana Gapuraprima Tbk (GPRA) allocates Rp1.55 trillion for funding its property business expansion.
This year it has 4 property business; Bellevue office tower (East Jakarta), Diamond City (East Jakarta), West Town Puri Indah (West Jakarta), and Buvana Resort in Ciawi, Bogor (West Java).
The company allocates capital expenditure (capex) of Rp430 billion for this year. It will issue medium term notes (MTN) worth Rp100 billion next month and has standby loan of Rp100 billion from Bank Mandiri.
Meanwhile, property developer PT Megapolitan Development Tbk (EMDE) proposes to get loan of Rp300 billion from Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN), used to fund its property project in Cinere, South Jakarta which costs Rp800 billion.
EMDE targets its marketing sales to grow by 25% to Rp650 billion this year, compared to Rp520 billion last year.
