SINGAPORE (Indonesia Today) – First Resources Limited expects its 11th mill in West Kalimantan to be ready by fourth quarter of 2012, which will increase the group’s aggregate milling capacity to 630, tons of fresh fruit bunches (FFB) per hour, or 3.78 million tons per year.
The group also plant to complete the acquisition of PT Gerbang Sawit Indah located to Riau with 3,500 hectares of mature oil palm plantations. The targeted company also has 4,000 hectares of gross unplanted land bank.
First Resources also proposes to acquire Lynhrust Investment Pte Ltd with assets locating in West Kalimantan, consisting of 8,700 hectares of oil palm plantations and 11,500 hectares of gross unplanted land bank. Other asset is one CPO mill which will increase the group’s aggregate milling capacity of 675 tons of FFB per hour, or 4.05 million tons per year.
