SINGAPORE (Yosefardi) – First Resources Limited produced 42,543 tons of crude palm oil (CPO) in May 2014, grew by 3.4% from 41,127 tons on the same period of 2013.
For first five months of this year, the company’s CPO production reached 218,019 tons, increased 10.7% from 196,919 tons in the same period of last year.
Palm kernel oil (PKO) output also rose 12.4% to 9.951 tons in May 2014, while PKO extraction was 5.2%. CPO extraction rate declined to 22.1% from previous 23.1%.
FFB output rose 4.5% to 165,821 tons in May 2014, from 158,704 tons in May 2013. Nucleus plantation produced 150,401 tons of FFBs while plasma plantation produced 15,420 tons.
