SINGAPORE (Yosefardi) – First Resources Limited produced 65,348 tons of crude palm oil (CPO) in October 2013, grew by 26.8% from 51,546 tons on the same period of last year.

For first ten months of this year, the company’s CPO production reached 480,922 tons, increased 11.3% from 432,176 tons in the same period of last year.

Palm kernel oil (PKO) output also rose 20.7% to 14,775 tons in October 2013, while PKO extraction rate inched down to 5.3%, compared to 5.5% in October 2012. CPO extraction rate inched up to 23.4% from 23.2% in October 2012.

FFB output increased 18.2% to 249,811 tons in October 2013, from previous 211,348 tons. Nucleus plantation produced 226,331 tons of FFBs while plasma plantation produced 23,480 tons.
