SINGAPORE (Yosefardi) – First Resources Limited produced 44,270 tons of crude palm oil (CPO) in March 2014, grew by 23.4% from 35,888 tons on the same period of 2013.
For first three months of this year, the company’s CPO production reached 131,474 tons, increased 14.4% from 114,898 tons in 2013.
Palm kernel oil (PKO) output also rose 25.6% to 10,493 tons in March 2014, while PKO extraction was flat at 5.4%. CPO extraction rate declined to 22.6% from previous 23.3%.
FFB output rose 22.7% to 168,214 tons in March 2014, from 137,053 tons in March 2013. Nucleus plantation produced 149,613 tons of FFBs while plasma plantation produced 18,601 tons.
