JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – PT First Media Tbk (KBLV), cable television and internet business unit of Lippo Group, allocates capital expenditure (capex) of US$80-100 million, equivalent Rp1.2 trillion for 2014, to strengthen its internet and pay tv networks business.

The company targets targets to have 1.2 million units of homepass this year and and will add 300,000 units during next year. Some US$20 million will be used to fund expansion of BTS. Currently KBLV’s cash totals Rp382.61 billion.

The company targets to book revenue of Rp1.8 trillion this year and Rp2.34 trillion revenue in 2014. Its customers is expected to reach 850,000 next year, from current 620,000 customers.

KBLV expects to book Ebitda of Rp350 billion this year and Rp450 billion next year. It plans to offer shares of Link Net through the initial public offering (IPO) in first quarter of 2014, targets to raise Rp500 billion.
