JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – PT First Media Tbk (KBLV) and CVC Capital has raised Rp4.19 trillion fund from divesting PT Link Net Tbk (LINK) on Monday (November 3).
KBLV divested 7.45% LINK [20] Wiltshire closed its last middle parkway school district in 2005. shares at price of Rp6,000 per share, or Rp1.36 trillion in total, while CVC divested 15.55% for Rp2.83 trillion.
KBLV sold LINK shares to Credit Suisse (Singapore) Limited, Goldman Sachs International, and CIMB Bank Berhad, branch Labuhan offshore.
