JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – PT Fikasa Bintang Cemerlang has divested 27.3% shares of mineral water producer PT Tri Banyan Tirta (ALTO) Tbk for Rp136 billion.
Fikasa sold 425 million ALTO shares at Rp320 per share. After the divestment, Fikasa’s ownership declined to 790 million shares in ALTO. Buyer of the shares is PT Tirtamas Anggada, which holds 27.3% shares of ALTO after the purchase.
Like other stocks, ALTO has dropped significantly from as high as Rp830 to Rp660 this morning.
In the first half of 2013, ALTO generated sales revenue of Rp125 billion, increased from Rp113.5 billion in the corresponding period of 2012. The company posted net profit of Rp9.7 billion or about Rp6.27 per share.
