JAKARTA (Indonesia Today) – PT Fikasa Bintang Cemerlang, controling shareholder of bottled water producer PT Tri Banyan Tirta Tbk (ALTO), had in September 19, 2013 sold 425 million ALTO share, representing 27.3% of ALTO’s total shares.
Fikasa sold ALTO at price of Rp320 per share, or Rp136 billion in total, to PT Tirtamas Anggada.
After the transaction, Fikasa holds 51.09% ALTo shares. Other shareholders are Tirtamas Anggada (27.3%), public investors (19.35%), Bhakti Salim (2.16%), and Agung Salim (0.1%).
ALTO posted 93% growth in sales revenue for the first half of 2012. The company generated sales revenue of Rp113.6 billion. ALTO then reported net profit of Rp8.06 billion against Rp1.86 billion in H1/11.
