SINGAPORE (Yosefardi) – First Resources Limited, a company controlled by Indonesian family of Ciliandra Fangiono, has issued RM600 million of Islamic medium term notes due 2020.
The note is part of the company’s RM2 billion Islamic MTN program. The sukuk has a tenor of seven years and will mature on June 5, 2020. It will bear a periodic distribution rate of 4.35% per annum, payable semi-annually in arrears.
First Resources Ltd is parent company of PT Ciliandra Perkasa, one of major crude palm oil (CPO) producers in the country.
Malaysia’s RHB Investment Bank Berhad is lead arranger of the program. RHB and DMG & Partners Securities are dealers of the Note.
