JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Indonesia Eximbank, state export financing firm, plans to issue bonds worth Rp4.33 trillion, used to fund its export financing.
The bond offering is scheduled for August 19-22, 2016. The bonds will be issued in 3 series with tenor of 370 days, 3 years, and 5 years, offering coupon rate at 7.25%, 7.95%, and 8.35% respectively.
Acting as underwriters are PT Bahana Securities, PT BCA Sekuritas, PT CIMB Securities Indonesia, PT Danareksa Sekuritas, PT DBS Vickers Securities Indonesia, PT Indo Premier Securities, and PT Mandiri Sekuritas.
Eximbank booked net profit of Rp982.7 billion in first half of 2016 on revenues of Rp1.18 trillion. Its assets reached Rp92 trillion while liability amounted Rp79 billion.
