JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Lembaga Pembayaran Ekspor Indonesia (Indonesia Eximbank) booked net profit of Rp322.77 billion in first half of this year, grew by 28% from Rp252.59 billion in the same period of last year.

Interest income increased to Rp1.24 trillion from previous Rp960 billion. Operating profit reached Rp397.33 billion. Its assets totaled Rp39.3 trillion.

The company plans to issue bonds worth Rp1.29 trillion in the socond half of this year, last phase of its Rp10.5 trillion bonds program.

The bond will have tenor of 5 years. The proceeds of bonds will be used for working capital, boosting assets, and funding export financing.

The bank targets its assets to grow by 35% this year with financing targeted to increase 30%.
