JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Export financing firm Indonesia Eximbank has bagged loan of US$45 million from Islamic Development Bank (IDB).
Both parties had on Thursday last week signed two step installment sale agreement (murabahah) for the loan with tenor of 3 years.
The company has earlier secured syndicated loan of US$788.5 million from 29 banks with tenor of 370 days and 3 years.
Within next 3 years, the bank targets to raise Rp24trillion through issuing bonds, or Rp8 trillion per year.
As of June 15, 2014, its assets totaled Rp53.7 trillion while loan disbursement reached Rp45.7 trillion.
